Return Policy

7-day return window
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and the item shipped back to us within 7 days of submission. For split shipments, the window starts from the final package's delivery date.

Unworn, with tags
We accept returns of unworn clothing with original tags attached and in clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact. We don't offer exchanges — return your item and place a new order instead.

Final sale items
Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

Return shipping & fees
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Returns that don't meet our criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee or be declined; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refund processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. We'll email you once it's complete.
International orders: orders shipped outside the US are currently not eligible for returns. If you receive a damaged or defective item, email megasuperstarshop@gmail.com or call 213-801-2642 (9 AM–5 PM PST) and we'll make it right.
