Shipping
Where do you ship?
We only ship within the USA with select international destinations coming soon.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes:
- USA: 2–5 business days (total 3–7 days)
- International to the USA: 5–10 business days (total 6–12 days). Note: tariffs or customs clearance may add 1–2 extra days.
How much does shipping cost?
- Up to 0.6 lb — $3.99
- 0.6 lb to 1 lb — $5.99
- 1 lb to 5 lb — $9.99
- Over 5 lb — $14.99
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible at megasuperstarshop@gmail.com or call us at 213-801-2642 (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM PST) if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order is in processing.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at megasuperstarshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn clothing items within 7 days of delivery. Items must have original tags attached and be in their original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.
What items are final sale (non-returnable)?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Intimates
- Jewelry
- Face masks
- Beauty products
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/defective item on our end.
Is there a restocking fee?
Orders that do not meet our return criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may have the return declined.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Restock availability varies by item. We recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page or following us on social media for the latest updates.
